Technology Account Lead

**About the Role:** We are looking for a skilled **Technology Account Lead** to manage client relationships and provide solutions for new projects.
In this role, you will work closely with Engineering Managers, Automation Engineers, and Site Managers to develop and maintain relationships with key clients. You will also be responsible for informing clients of the latest technologies and project managing technical solutions.
To succeed in this role, applicants must have a broad understanding of LAN/WAN/ WiLA, preferably Cisco & Cisco Meraki, CCNA a plus. Advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365 & SharePoint are essential. Occasional travel to London will be required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of why Servers and Network security are important in a business, a solutions-based mindset, and enjoy working independently in and around the UK. A background in Telecoms, Technology or Communication would be an advantage.
**Salary:** c£45k DOE (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with key site and central contacts
- Inform clients of latest technology to help with new projects
- Project Manage all new solutions on site
- Coordinate a team to deliver technical solutions
- Conduct annual visits to understand their current site configurations
