Job SummaryKi Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Reward, Benefits and Wellbeing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our People function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our reward strategy, ensuring it is inclusive, fair and aligned with our commitment to equality.
You will lead the total reward, wellbeing and pensions agenda, managing the transition to a new operating model, designing and deploying new reward processes. You will act as an SME offering thought leadership on emerging trends and best practice for Reward, Benefits and Wellbeing.
You will have proven experience of working in a Senior Reward role in a complex and regulated organisation and have successfully led transformation and change, with experience across the full compensation and benefits landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our reward strategy, ensuring it is inclusive, fair and aligned with our commitment to equality.
- Lead the total reward, wellbeing and pensions agenda, managing the transition to a new operating model, designing and deploying new reward processes.
- Act as an SME offering thought leadership on emerging trends and best practice for Reward, Benefits and Wellbeing.
- Provide advice and guidance to the People Director, People team and other senior stakeholders on all matters pertaining to reward.
- Lead the development of Ki's wellbeing strategy, including providing MI and insight to support leadership's understanding of employee wellbeing.
