Job Summary
Merco Medical Staffing Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join their dedicated team in a modern mental health treatment facility.
About the Role
As a Charge Nurse, you will provide senior nursing leadership to the nursing team, supporting the Clinical Lead and Unit Manager. You will be responsible for flexibly adapting to the evolving needs of the service, acting as deputy in the absence of the Ward Manager, and demonstrating readiness to expand responsibilities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. You will also require relevant clinical expertise, a positive attitude, and commitment to change, improvement, and quality care.
