Job Title: Deputy Nurse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Willing Care Recruitment. As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and supervising nursing staff and patient care within our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to the nursing and care staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Support the Manager in the overall management of the nursing home
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Oversee the assessment and evaluation of residents' needs
  • Act as a clinical expert and provide mentorship to the nursing team
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace

Requirements:

  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
  • Senior nursing experience, ideally within a nursing home setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in care delivery
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
