Deputy Nurse Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Nurse Manager at Willing Care. In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Nurse Manager to oversee and supervise nursing staff and patient care within our Nursing Home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support to the nursing and care staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Support the Manager in the overall management of the nursing home
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Oversee the assessment and evaluation of residents' needs
  • Act as a clinical expert and provide mentorship to the nursing team
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace
Requirements:
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
  • Senior nursing experience, ideally within a nursing home setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in care delivery
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
