About the Role

BMB Industrial Cabs Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Raventa Ltd., a private equity company based in the UK. As a leading manufacturer of metal and PVC cabs for industrial vehicles, we specialize in providing weather protection to drivers of industrial vehicles without cabs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations through the manufacture of sewing PVC weather guards.
  • Learn and perform basic sewing and taping skills for all businesses.
  • Basic maintenance skills to keep sewing machines in proper working order.
  • Hands-on approach, handling specialist responsibilities in the Sewing-PVC Department, including sewing, taping, packing, final inspection, sewing machine maintenance, and fault finding.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with Health and Safety Standards.
  • Undertake training to self-develop skills in the Sewing-PVC Department, including training and development of appraisals, communication, and team culture.

Requirements

  • An interest in a manufacturing industry and working with industrial sewing machines.
  • A keen interest in learning Industrial sewing skills.
  • The ability to effectively work in a close-knit team under supervision.
  • A positive individual with a 'can do' attitude and results-driven approach.
  • Well-organized and proactive, managing multiple priorities and coping when under pressure.
  • Friendly, responsive, and professional communication with all colleagues and customers.
  • Committed, reliable, honest, and responsible individual with high integrity.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
