About the Role

BMB Industrial Cabs Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of metal and PVC cabs for industrial vehicles. As an Apprentice Sewing Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the Sewing-PVC Department, responsible for sewing, taping, packing, and final inspection of PVC weather guards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and perform basic sewing/taping skills for all businesses
  • Basic maintenance skills to keep sewing machines in proper working order
  • Hands-on approach, handling specialist responsibilities in the Sewing-PVC Department
  • Perform in accordance with Health & Safety Standards
  • Undertake training to self-develop skills in the Sewing: PVC Department

Requirements

  • Interest in a manufacturing industry and working with industrial sewing machines
  • Keen interest in learning Industrial sewing skills
  • Ability to effectively work in a close-knit team under supervision
  • Positive individual with a 'can do' attitude and results-driven approach
  • Well-organised and proactive, managing multiple priorities and coping when under pressure
  • Friendly, responsive, and professional communication with all colleagues and customers
  • Committed, reliable, honest & responsible individual with high integrity
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
