Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and execute tenancy agreements in line with current legal standards.
  • Ensure all properties meet regulatory standards, keeping up to date with housing laws, safety regulations, and landlord requirements.
  • Manage tenant onboarding, including property inspection reports, inventories, and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Handle day-to-day management of the portfolio, addressing tenant inquiries, arranging maintenance, and dealing with any issues that arise.
