About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our MAC Cosmetics team in Preston. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating an engaging in-store experience that showcases our brand's expertise in makeup artistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Develop and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and exceptional customer relationship management
- Coach and inspire team members to exceed their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to discuss availability and create a schedule that balances work-life demands
