Store Manager Opportunity

At MAC Cosmetics, we're looking for a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Develop and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the store team to create and execute in-store events and promotions
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the MAC Cosmetics brand values

About You

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
