Store Manager Opportunity

At MAC Cosmetics, we're looking for a talented Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Artists to achieve their full potential
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

About You:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
