Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to HSE regulations and best practices, and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain, ensuring that materials and services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
