Mechanical Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Site Manager to join our valued client, a leading player in the design, build, and operation of Data Centres in the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mission-critical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and site management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
