We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Protection Specialist to join our FAST team in South Kesteven. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to children in need of protection and work closely with local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes.

With 3 years of post-qualified experience, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and other professionals. Your ability to remain calm and composed under pressure will be essential in this role.

The successful candidate will be based in Grantham, where they will have access to a supportive and stable team environment. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve shared goals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

**Key Responsibilities:**
