Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, developing staff, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.

The residential service provides a supportive environment for children, offering a range of activities and therapies to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. As Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of this service, working closely with the management team to develop strategies and implement improvements.

  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Lead and manage the residential team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
  • At least two years of experience in a children's residential setting or similar environment.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence for frequent travel between locations.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate prior to appointment.
