Clinical Psychologist Practitioner

Outcomes First Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Band 7/8a Practitioner Psychologist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with vulnerable young people, empowering them to build incredible futures.
The ideal candidate will have a doctoral level degree in Psychology and be registered with the HCPC. They will have extensive experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, as well as mental health needs and behaviours of concern.
This is a permanent, term-time only position, with opportunities for professional development and growth. The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum (pro rata), reflecting the high level of expertise required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical services to individuals with complex needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of our services
