As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach. Your primary objective will be to establish relationships with key decision-makers and understand their goals and challenges in relation to our client's solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and identify client needs and challenges
- Build relationships with potential customers and collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic prospecting
- Develop your sales skills and report on activity and pipeline to the Manager
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role (SDR/BDR)
- Competitive, driven individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, clear communicator, ambitious, resilient, and organized
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
