Hyperity is partnering with a leading SaaS organization to expand their presence in the UK market, and we're seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach. Your primary objective will be to establish relationships with key decision-makers and understand their goals and challenges in relation to our client's solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and identify client needs and challenges
  • Build relationships with potential customers and collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic prospecting
  • Develop your sales skills and report on activity and pipeline to the Manager

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role (SDR/BDR)
  • Competitive, driven individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable, clear communicator, ambitious, resilient, and organized
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
