We're seeking a highly skilled Development Team Lead to join our engineering function. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of developers and driving the development of enterprise-level applications using C# .Net and Microsoft Azure technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of developers in the design and development of complex software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise in C# .Net, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps
  • Ensure consistent excellence in software development across the team

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in C# .Net, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps
  • Experience leading/managing a small team of developers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
