Teaching Assistant - EYFS Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work with a child in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) at a primary school in Darlington. This full-time position involves working closely with the child on a 1:1 basis, providing emotional support and academic assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools.
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school environment.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
  • Experience supporting children in primary education, specifically in Early Years.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive daily rate, paid weekly by our in-house payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system. In addition, we provide pension contributions after a qualifying period, FREE training opportunities, and a range of benefits.
