About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Gi Group. As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving new business development in the industrial sector, building and sustaining robust client relationships, and collaborating closely with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector, leveraging your expertise and network to secure new clients and projects.
  • Build and Sustain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide Outstanding Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and their expectations are consistently met.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of success in driving new business development and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Commitment to Client Relationships: A commitment to developing long-term client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Full UK Driver's License: A full UK driver's license, with a clean driving record and the ability to travel to client sites as required.
