Job Summary:
Rogers McHugh Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our client's team in the North West region. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for delivering industrial refurbishment projects from £500,000 to £5,000,000 in value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, including creating programmes using Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project continuity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering industrial refurbishment projects up to £5M.
- Extensive experience in fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and ability to negotiate contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving license and ability to travel.
