About the Role

As Restaurant Operations Leader, you will have overall responsibility for managing the restaurant's day-to-day activities, including supervising staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will work closely with the hotel management team to achieve business objectives, develop and implement new ideas, and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience of managing teams and driving business results. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant's day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement new ideas to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
