About the Role

Apleona UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior EHS Specialist to drive our commitment to environmental, health and safety excellence in our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support impactful EHS programs.
  • Ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety across our operations and client facilities.
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to maintain our exemplary EHS record.
  • Work closely with contractors and clients to achieve a zero-accident culture.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical or Regulated Compliant Environment.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Hygiene EHS, preferably in a Lab I GxP Pharmaceutical Environment.
  • Level 3 or above Health and Safety practitioner (NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent).
  • A foundation level or above Environment qualification.
  • Knowledge of Facilities Management - soft and hard services.
