Senior EHS Specialist Opportunity

Apleona UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior EHS Specialist to drive our commitment to environmental, health and safety excellence in our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team.

This pivotal role ensures compliance and promotes a culture of safety across our operations and our life science client operations in the Wirral.

The Senior EHS Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and support impactful EHS programs, leveraging their expertise in Quality Management System requirements, Occupational Hygiene, and cGMP & cGDP environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical or a Regulated Compliant Environment, with a strong background in Health and Safety and a foundation level or above Environment qualification.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing EHS programs and policies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety
  • Providing expertise in Quality Management System requirements, Occupational Hygiene, and cGMP & cGDP environments
  • Supporting the IFM team, contractors, and clients to achieve a zero-accident culture
