About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Harmonize Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with varying needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with household chores
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assisting clients with mobility and transferring
  • Supporting clients with complex conditions, such as dementia and physical disabilities


Essential Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (due to client locations)
  • Female only to meet client requirements
  • Availability to work every other weekend
  • Reliability and trustworthiness
  • Good verbal and written English skills
