About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate will be a car driver with a UK driving licence, as they will be required to support our residents in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, including personal care, cooking, and cleaning
  • Assist with medication administration and ensure residents take their medication as prescribed
  • Encourage and support residents to participate in activities, such as sports, cinema trips, and music sessions
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
