About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at ivolve Care & Support. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with diverse needs, including learning disabilities and autism, to thrive in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support tailored to the individual needs of our service users, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the care and support they require.
  • Engage in a range of activities, including cooking, art, and music, to promote social interaction and community integration.
  • Manage medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, as well as maintaining a safe and tidy living environment.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care and support.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A good general education and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a commitment to the aims and objectives of ivolve Care & Support.
  • A satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable).
  • A commitment to undertaking training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience

While not essential, we welcome candidates with:

  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
  • Previous experience within a social care setting.
  • Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks.
  • Confident IT skills.
