About the Role

As a Site Administrator, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to our team. Your duties will include:

  • Producing documents and reports, including letters, memos, and communications
  • Handling telephone enquiries and diary management
  • Processing expenses and orders, raising cheques, and dealing with suppliers
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing petty cash reconciliation and client funds
  • Assisting with site recruitment administration
  • Preparing for meetings and supporting with minute taking

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, ability to work in teams and individually, and strong numeracy skills. Previous experience in an administrative role and knowledge of payroll systems would be beneficial.
