Channel Sales Director Opportunity

Fruition IT is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Director to lead our North America partner sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with VARs, System Integrators, and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Collaborate with our product team to ensure channel partners have the necessary resources and support to sell our solutions effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize our channel sales strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in channel sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and the role of channel partners in driving sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
