Site Operations Manager

Cpl Resources - Science & Engineering is seeking an experienced Site/Building Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our chemical production site in Dublin 24.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site/Building Manager to lead our facilities management team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a focus on industrial sites. You will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring effective and professional facilities management services, and adhering to strict international safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site services, including buildings, general facilities, and utilities
- Oversee facility projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and in a safe and responsible manner
- Develop and implement facility strategies and management systems company-wide
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, and certifications
- Manage capital and maintenance schedules with management
- At least 5 years of senior facilities management experience on a regulated manufacturing site
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
