Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site and design teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple sub-contractors and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed of project progress.
  • Responsible for the health and safety of the site and ensure that all necessary protocols are in place.
  • Manage the site budget and ensure that costs are controlled and that the project is delivered within budget.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial fit-out projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Valid full driving license.
  • Familiarity with PROCORE software.
