Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site and design teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple sub-contractors and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the progress of the project.
- Responsible for the health and safety of the site and ensure that all necessary protocols are in place.
- Manage the site budget and ensure that costs are kept under control.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure that the project is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Proven experience in commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret drawings and specifications.
- Highly organized and efficient with extensive site management experience.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and programming.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Expertise in material scheduling and procurement.
- Effective communication and coordination with subcontractors and clients.
- Prioritizes health and safety standards.
- Proficient in IT.
- Familiarity with PROCORE software.
- Valid full driving license.
