About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at Trustpilot. As a trusted advisor to our cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial part in driving our Salesforce platform to its full potential, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Product Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap, act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Agile Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identify gaps and areas for optimization, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Develop and maintain data governance standards, ensure accuracy and completeness, and continuously monitor data quality.
Requirements
  • Completed or studying a Business Analyst qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments
