Austin Fraser is a passionate company in the automotive aftermarket industry, offering exciting opportunities for sales professionals to grow their careers. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will leverage your relationships building, negotiation, product training, merchandising, and business development skills to drive territory growth across motor factors, garages, body shops, and retailers.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor a junior salesperson who focuses on smaller accounts across your region, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed. With a strong marketing presence across motorsport including F1, MotoGP, and TCR UK, you will have the chance to attend thrilling events as a brand ambassador (with time back given in lieu).

This role offers a competitive salary of £35k to £45k + company vehicle or car allowance + fuel card + annual bonus (circa £5k), making it an attractive option for ambitious sales professionals.

The location is remote, with 5 days per week spent on the road across the Southeast territory, providing flexibility and work-life balance. The duration is full time/permanent, offering stability and security for those looking to establish themselves in their careers.
