Community Care Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our Community Learning Disability Teams. As part of our team, you will work closely with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, providing high-quality support and interventions using trauma-informed care and a recovery-based approach.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality support and interventions to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

- Work collaboratively with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or equivalent.
- Qualification in assessment, supervision, and teaching in clinical practice.
**Salary:** £26,530 - £29,114 per annum (pro rata) dependent on experience.
