We are currently recruiting for a reputable refrigeration business with over 30 years of experience and an annual turnover exceeding £10 Million. They currently employ approximately 140 members of staff, including 100 engineers.

Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer who is capable of working on a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, including:

  • Commercial refrigerators
  • Ice machines

The starting salary will be £40,000 basic per annum, with regular overtime opportunities. They operate an on-call rota, which is one in every four weeks and one night a week. Essential qualifications include F-Gas certification, NVQ 2, and City & Guilds in Refrigeration. A full driving licence and previous experience as a Field or Service Engineer in refrigeration/air conditioning are also required.

Benefits include 20 days' annual leave, increasing by one day per holiday year, capped at five additional days. A company van, life assurance, critical illness cover, and an auto-enrolment pension scheme are also provided.
