Job Title: Housekeeping / Domestic Floor Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of comfort and cleanliness are maintained across the home. They will lead and manage the domestic team, working on specific allocated floors, delegating work, reviewing quality, cleanliness and work performed in line with relevant policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the domestic team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and comfort are maintained
  • Delegate work and review quality, cleanliness and work performed
  • Provide feedback and support to the domestic team
  • Ensure effective delivery of housekeeping services
  • Support other teams to ensure excellent standards and Health & Safety Regulations are met

Working Hours:

The set rota is as follows:

Week 1 - L (Late 10am to 6pm) / E (Early 7am to 3pm)
