Fire Safety Project Coordinator

As a Building Remediation Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our success by managing customer and client relationships, developing and implementing remediation plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of the building remediation process, including government funding applications. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, property management experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external specialisms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing key processes associated with Building Safety Fund/levy funding rules, compliance processes, relevant legislation/leaseholders lease terms, and financial transactions required throughout each project
- Collating all documentation to feed into the golden thread and safety case report
- Working closely with the building owners/resident management companies to establish their specific requirements
The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum plus £7,000 car allowance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
