Our Health and Safety Career Pathway is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of health and safety principles, policies, and procedures. You will learn about risk assessments, NEBOSH certification, and how to maintain and manage health and safety policies and procedures.

As part of our graduate programme, you will be placed into an entry-level health and safety role as either an advisor, officer, or coordinator, where you will be guaranteed a starting salary of £25K-£40K.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage health and safety policies, safety training, and document control systems.
  • Maintain, update, and create standard operating procedures and assist in the implementation of continuous improvement safety projects.
  • Ensure all health and safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to, regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated.
  • Complete regular reviews of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
  • Conduct safety inspections, fire drills, and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments, and lone working procedures are managed, and employees are aware of their responsibilities.

The estimated salary for this role is £25K-£40K per year, depending on location and experience. If you are not offered a role at the end of the training, we will refund 100% of your course fees.
