About the Role:
  • Lead our operations as Childrens Home Operations Manager, providing leadership and direction.
  • Maintain high standards of care and support for young people.
  • Work closely with external partners to open doors to opportunities for young people.
  • Support staff development, including mentoring those pursuing Level 5 qualifications.
  • Manage on-call duties and collaborate with your Deputy Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a leader in managing complex needs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in working with regulatory bodies.
  • Passion for supporting young people from challenging backgrounds.
