**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at EMC Elite Engineering Services Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, estimation, and engineering principles. They will be responsible for selling our company's M&E services, producing quotations, pricing, and tender bids, maintaining communication with clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer sites to scope, measure, and qualify materials from engineering drawings/specifications
  • Produce quotations, pricing, and tender bids
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the process
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Follow sales action plans and strategies
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Conduct proactive sales calls to generate more sales
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Manage client relationships end-to-end for an excellent customer experience
  • Promote the business brand consistently
  • Ensure timely delivery of information

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales/estimation within a similar engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to produce quotations and conceptual designs/sketches
  • Highly literate and numerate, with commercial acumen
  • Confidence in dealing directly with decision makers and customers
  • Proficiency in CRM, CAD software, and other sales tools
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Focus on quality and the ability to emphasize its importance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
