Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team at Reed Engineering. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in process optimization and lead the way in improving operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop corrective actions. You will also facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and Lean initiatives to reduce cycle time and eliminate waste.

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborating with departments to ensure successful outcomes. Your experience with root cause analysis, process mapping, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) will be invaluable in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent NVQ Level qualification. You will have 3-5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or a similar role, preferably in an aerospace or MRO setting.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
