About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer to lead strategic design projects and drive user experience innovation at Northreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute UX strategies to improve user engagement and satisfaction across various industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to foster a user-centered approach to problem-solving.
  • Design and test prototypes with customers to validate design solutions and ensure business success.
  • Contribute to shaping user research and design strategy within the company.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced UX designer with a strong track record of leading strategic, high-impact projects. You should have expertise in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and prototyping tools like Figma. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers are essential.
