We are a company that helps business leaders turn their ideas into reality through strategic product development. Our team specializes in product discovery, AI sprints, design thinking, and development sprints.

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Product Designer and Design Thinking Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will lead design sprints, conduct user research, create UI designs, and prototype. You will work closely with our clients and team members, requiring excellent communication skills in English. While some remote work is acceptable, the ability to collaborate effectively in person is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate design thinking workshops with clients and team members
  • Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions
  • Create high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes
  • Clearly communicate design rationales and present work to stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Requirements
  • Proven Product Design skills with a portfolio demonstrating your best work
  • Extensive experience in Design Thinking and UX Research
  • Strong User Research skills and ability to translate insights into actionable designs
  • Deep understanding of design principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate design thinking workshops
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, and Adobe
  • Bachelor's degree in UX or related field
Desired Skills
  • Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment
  • Knowledge of AI and its applications in product design
  • Ability to contribute to the team's growth
