Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in London. This role will provide administrative support to our Wealth Management professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange travel schedules, process expenses, and manage related tasks for stakeholders.
  • Provide general team administration, including phone answering, photocopying/scanning/printing, and planning team events.
  • Assist Wealth Management professionals with ad-hoc requests and tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Prior experience as an assistant, preferably 3-5 years, ideally from a banking or financial services background.
  • The ability to take on multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Estimated Salary

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
