Administrative Coordinator

Samworth Brothers Limited is a family-owned business that prides itself on its supportive culture and opportunities for growth. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our HR team in their mission to engage and develop our employees.
Your Key Responsibilities- Organise company events, including Long Service Awards, Children's Christmas party, Family Fun Day, and internal competitions and celebration days.
- Deliver effective communication to colleagues using various channels, representing the demographic diversity within our business.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as gathering information, note-taking, booking meetings and rooms, and updating records.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in a similar role, preferably within a HR team or in a busy administrative position.
- Proficiency in using systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with HR systems would be advantageous but not essential.
