Job SummaryMain Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  2. Work closely with individuals to create personalized care plans, setting realistic goals and objectives.
  3. Maintain accurate records of patient progress, medication administration, and any relevant incidents or concerns.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to provide holistic support and guidance, promoting a culture of open communication and respect.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental healthcare, applying knowledge and best practices to improve patient outcomes.
