About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Programme Delivery Manager to lead our team in driving strategic programmes and shaping the future of our organisation.

The successful candidate will have a passion for driving results, managing projects, and fostering innovation, with a strong ability to collaborate with teams across the council and key local partners.

The role will involve working directly with the Growth team to develop and implement strategic programmes, with a focus on town centre regeneration and the best use of the public estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic programmes to drive growth and regeneration in our communities
  • Collaborate with teams across the council and key local partners to deliver projects and initiatives
  • Manage projects and programmes to ensure successful delivery and outcomes
  • Foster innovation and creativity within the team and across the organisation

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £56,713 to £59,946 per annum
  • A permanent contract with full-time hours (37 hours per week)
  • Hybrid working arrangements, with the flexibility to work from home and in our office buildings
