About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Programme Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our Communities Directorate, you will work closely with the Growth team to drive project success and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of growth programmes and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement effective project management tools, reporting, and partnership management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve outcomes for residents.
  • Conduct research, evaluation, and interpretation to inform business cases and funding proposals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on project management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification or equivalent level of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent research, evaluation, and interpretation skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and develop business cases.
  • Ability to travel independently around the county, including to areas with limited public transport access.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £56,713 to £59,946 per annum.
  • Permanent contract with full-time hours (37 hours per week) and flexible working arrangements.
