About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Growth Programme in West Sussex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic programmes and shaping the future of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Growth Programme team to deliver high-impact projects and programmes
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and regeneration in West Sussex
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and decision-makers
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of programmes
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for growth and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in programme management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective research, evaluation, and interpretation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Postgraduate qualification or equivalent level of experience
